Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

 When you complete your order at checkout you will receive an order confirmation email from HomeLife Outdoors. You will have 48hrs to cancel your order with us by contacting info@homelifeoutdoors or call us on 0333 050 8551. You must notify us before the order has been dispatched to avoid any charges. We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch within 3 days.

Returns:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer 30 day returns and you have 14 days to notify us. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Furniture must not have been assembled or left outside 
  • Fitted Pergolas are custom and cannot be returned

 

Order Delivery UK Mainland ONLY:

4SO Furniture - All our 4 Seasons  Outdoors furniture includes delivery, placement of furniture, unpacking and set up of the furniture. Once you place your order we will contact you within 24hrs to arrange delivery with email confirmation. Please note if you miss your delivery and the delivery team are unable to deliver your order, there will be a redelivery charge of £299.

Alexnder Rose Furniture - Our Alexander Rose Furniture comes with FREE delivery to your home, using our 'white glove' courier service. This does not include set up of the furniture or removing any packaging. Once you place your order we will contact you to arrange delivery with email confirmation. Please note if you miss your delivery you will be charged for redelivery at £299.

Pergolas & Verandas - Once you have placed your order for a HomeLife Outdoors Pergola or Veranda we will call you to arrange a survey, with a home visit from our surveyor or video call. There are many components to take into consideration when buying and installing a Pergola or Veranda and our surveyor will ensure all requirements are met. Delivery of the order can take up to 4 weeks and installation dates available can vary throughout the year, although we aim to have every installation booked in within 6 weeks this cannot be guaranteed. For our motorized Pergolas, an electrical supply will be needed, this is not included in the cost, the surveyor will discuss this in detail so that everything is ready for the installation team when they arrive. If you wish to cancel your order after the surveyor has been to your home, there will be a charge of £149.  

 

 Damages:

 We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@homelifeoutdoors.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

 Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees for handling and administration. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

What if my item is now out of stock, and I've paid for it. What happens now?

In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.

 

Delivery day:


On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavor to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you will be charged for a repeat delivery.

Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.

All of our 4 Seasons Outdoor furniture will be delivered to your desired location in your garden, unpacked and set up with all packaging taken away too. This is our premium service and ONLY applies to our 4 Seasons Outdoor ranges.
